General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Pklick and all its users. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the Pklick platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Pklick is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi users. We offer betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as Live Casino services.

Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with Pklick, you must provide accurate and complete information. Eligibility, Age Requirements & Location

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pklick. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted to register or use this platform. Pklick is firmly committed to protecting the safety of children and minors.

If the date of birth provided during registration is later found to be false, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited. Pklick may request proof of age verification at any time.

• Users must be legally eligible to participate in online betting.
• All transactions must be made using a payment account in your own name — the use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Pklick reserves the right to restrict or suspend services in certain regions.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Terms

Pklick currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal limit may vary depending on promotions and account level.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If you experience any issues, please notify the support team.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If unusual transaction patterns are detected, Pklick reserves the right to place a hold on transactions and conduct an investigation.
• Pklick follows international AML policies to prevent money laundering.

Betting Rules & Odds Policy

Once a bet is confirmed on Pklick, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Pklick itself initiates the cancellation. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing any bet.

• Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bets placed on that event will be voided and the stake returned.
• Official announcements from the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine match results.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Pklick reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum single bet limits and daily bet limits are determined by account tier.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pklick offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
• Validity: Every bonus has a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One Bonus Policy: No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
• Abuse: If bonus system abuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be void.
• In any bonus-related dispute, Pklick's decision shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pklick platform. Involvement in any such activity may result in account closure and legal action:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports corruption.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Pklick may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• After an account closure request is submitted, any remaining balance will be returned following verification.
• Balances on accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be suspended.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Changes to Terms, Dispute Resolution & Contact

Pklick reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform.
